Our WaterWise Instructor on the Cape Flats, Charles McHelm, is passionate about teaching CPR to Primary school children. After his talk on water safety and how to stay out of trouble at the sea Charles spends as much time as he can teaching the children why they should do CPR on someone who has drowned.
