We are proud to announce that the Rotary Club of Mossel Bay has named NSRI volunteer and former Station Commander, Dawie Zwiegelaar, 'Rotary Mossel Bay Citizen of the Year 2013'.

With his usual humility, Dawie immediately dedicated the award to the whole crew at Station 15 Mossel Bay.

Dawie joined NSRI in 1988 and remains on station as a coxswain.

Congratulations Dawie, we are very pleased to see your outstanding contribution recognised by the community.
