The new dates for Durban Duck Day, in which R10 of each duck sold will be donated to NSRI - is on Saturday 6th October. Check out their website: www.durbanduckday.co.zaDurban Duck Day will be held at the Durban Marina/Royal Natal Yacht Club.Thousands of numbered rubber bath ducks are released simultaneously to float on a tide, with wind assistance, towards a demarcated finish post. The first duck to reach the finish point wins up to R100 000 (One Hundred Thousand Rand) for the person who has “bought” that duck.Ducks are “sold” prior to the event.
