Teach all our children CPR:

There is a very interesting article on the Duluth News Tribune website advocating CPR tuition before graduation ...Minnesota Legislature has approved a bill to teach cardiopulmonary resuscitation in schools.This bill will create the next generation of lifesavers.In South African schools we teach emergency first aid skills during Life Orientation, but one of the few organisations that teach CPR in schools ... with the aid of proper mannequin dummies and an instructor ... is Sea Rescue’s WaterWise Academy.In the USA less than one-third of out-of-hospital sudden cardiac arrest victims receive bystander CPR, making the survival rate of sudden cardiac arrest less than 6 percent.Bystander CPR can triple survival from cardiac arrest.Would it not be fabulous if everybody who went through our schooling system was taught bystander CPR?
