UPDATE: The strong South Easter in Cape Town has made the QM2 a day late in Durban. She will now enter Durban harbour on Sunday 29 January 2012 and Sea Rescue is offering 60 people the best possible view of this beautiful ship entering - and leaving - the port.From our Rescue Base balconies you are so close that it feels like you can lean across and touch her! The Queen Mary 2 will enter the harbour at 06h00 and sail again at 18h00 on 29 January. For a donation of R200 per person Sea Rescue will give you the best seats in the harbour and a continental breakfast for our morning guests when she arrives ... and wine and snacks for our evening guests when she leaves the port.There is free entry for your vehicle, secure parking, panoramic photographic opportunities ... and you are supporting Sea Rescue!Please book by calling Glynis Pulford on 031 332 9772 or email her at kzn@searescue.org.za
