Lwazi Fihlela, Eshowe based WaterWise educator, recently ran a workshop for 24 Child Mentors from 11 rural villages. The Child Mentors are employed by Child Care SA under Expanded Public Works Programme to provide care and support to children in rural communities. The new skills will help them to save the children's lives, as in most cases it will take an ambulance a long time to get to the scene of an accident.
