At 10h30 on Friday 16 September our Durban volunteers were called out to assist the yacht 'Acu-Acu ' off the South Breakwater as they were been blown towards the rocks.Megan II was launched and a crewman was transferred onto the yacht to help.At 11h15 Eikos Rescuer II was launched and stood by to assist if needed while Megan II had the yacht under tow. Just after 12h00, Eikos took over the line and towed 'Acu-Acu ' down the Esplanade Channel to her mooring in the Silburn Canal.
