After the tragic drowning of a fisherman last month, the community of Elands Bay formed a committee to come up with a plan to try and prevent future disasters.Sea Rescue’s educational programme, WaterWise, visited the community of Elands Bay fishermen on Friday 27 August to teach them basic emergency procedures, including bystander CPR.Anyone willing to help the community should please contact committee member Pastor Willem Nero on 0833171480.
