Last night two flares were fired close inshore, or from the rocks at Oudekraal. Spirit of Rotary Table Bay was launched and searched the area after the flares were sited by many people, two of whom took bearings on them, placing them very close to the shore. Nothing was found and a search of the rocks in the area produced no evidence.
