ROCKY BAY: Kevin Fourie, NSRI Rocky Bay station commander, said: At 12h13, Saturday, 13th April, NSRI Rocky Bay duty crew were activated following reports of people in distress in the surf caught in rip currents at Rocky Bay. Scuba diver rescued has sadly passed away
