The WaterWise Academy, teaching children water safety to prevent drowning tragedies since 2006.

Our WaterWise Academy Instructors are based around the country from Soweto to Khayelitsha to Ceres and Port St Johns. The WaterWise Academy team has Instructed over 880 000 children on water safety and CPR since the inception of the programme in 2006.

You can make a difference in the lives of disadvantaged children by becoming a partner or sponsoring a WaterWise Academy Instructor.

We need your help:
The WaterWise Academy needs to reach more children. Our current challenge is to source the funding to train more Instructors. Six of our WaterWise Academy Instructors are proudly sponsored by Transnet National Ports Authority ( TNPA). Western Cape Disaster Management also supports the WaterWise Academy.
