Sea Rescue volunteers must do a fire fighting course to qualify as sea going crew.
Early last Saturday morning volunteers from Table Bay, Bakoven, Hout Bay, Melkbosstrand, Yzerfontein, Mykonos and Kommetjie met at Eskom’s Fire Fighting Training Facility at the Koeberg Power Station for their practical fire fighting training.
